Welcome Jayden, Tyler, Payson to the pack they are our newest boys. Also leaving us is Triston who had earned his arrow of light, congrats and we wish you luck going onto the Boy Scouts. Cubmaster Julie is also leaving us, but still with wolves at this moment. We thank her for all the hard work and dedication to the boys. Our new Cubmaster will be Bro. Moore who just moved into the ward so we welcome him. The boys had a fun game to get their derby cars, which will be next month Jan. 26th-so start getting them ready! Thank you parents and leaders you make scouts possible. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!

cub scouts-citizenship

Football was the name of the game, citizenship is what we learned, or at least I hope we did. We had Pack Meet. early this month because next week will be gobble-gobble time. The Webelos earned their citizenship badge and we welcomed early Payson to our group. It was a tie for our football game BYU vs COLTS but we had a fun time. Next pack meet. will also be early because of the holidays DECEMBER 15th "RESPECT" We will also like to welcome along with Payson, Tyler who will be joining us this month. Have a safe and fun Thanksgiving and don't eat to much :)

Responsibility

Congrats to Hunter & Andrew and their famlies who will be moving on to our great Boy Scouts!

Cooperation

We are now using the new core values for scouts, which was cooperation. We played a couple cooperation games, and everyone helped in making butter for our homemade bread. we had 3 boys go forward to bears congrats to them. We have awesome scouts, leaders, families. thanks again :)

Waves of Fun!

The cubscouts has a fun and wet time with "waves of fun"! We had Joey, Gabriel get their bears and now go into Webelos. David & Ethan received their bobcat, congrats to these boys advancements. We went over the new delivery method for the cub scout program-not much change but more organized for leaders and parents. Thank you to Fano's for providing us with the snack, and to Julie for coming up with this fun pack meet. Birthdays in September: Nate-Sep. 13, Elijah-Sep. 20, Talon-Sep. 21, LEADERS- Dan-Sep. 4, Steve- Sep. 22. Thank you to our leaders and parents for making scouting a success.

Hoop-De-Doo

We had a great time outside, playing games, learning, and being with each other. Reminders: wolves and bears have day camp July 7, 8th, please turn in health forms (parts a&c) with copy of insurance card to Julie or a leader. Webelos Ree August 6, 7th. Pancake breakfast July 24th more info to follow.

In the Spotlight

We spotlighted all of our cubscouts and said good-bye to two of them that will head off to boy scouts. Had a funny skit from our wolves, and game show about what they've learned. We appreciate all that the parents and leaders do to keep this program going!

Spring into Action!

Are we sure it's spring??? with all the rain, snow & wind? At least our cub scouts are prepared, we had so much fun learning about seeds, planting some and playing some toilet tag :). We couldn't do it without all our leaders, cub scouts, parents, thank you all! Here are a couple reminders: 5/8/10 (9am-3 pm) district scouting expo at wines park boys and leaders all need to take a shift. Also Wolves and Bears get to go to cub scout day camp up in saratoga springs, we need a count of boys and leaders coming and also a health registration filled out before they can come, please get them filled our and given to a leader. Thanks again for another great night of scouting!

Take Flight

Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome aboard flight 1031. We had a wonderful time during the airplane ride! We welcomed 4 new scouts Jaxon, Leon, Tristan, Matthew, also Jacob B. graduated from us and is now a Boy Scout. Congrats! A BIG thanks to Julie for all the work she planned into this fun adventure!
